Is there a free CRM with unlimited users?

Per-seat pricing is how most CRM companies make money, so seats are the wall free tiers guard hardest: two users is a common free-tier limit as of this writing, and some products stop at one.

That limit shapes how small businesses actually work. When only two people have CRM access, everyone else works from exported spreadsheets and forwarded emails — which quietly recreates the problem the CRM was meant to solve.

The unlimited-user options:

  • Self-hosted open-source CRMs — unlimited users, but you operate the server yourself.
  • crm-153 — hosted and free with unlimited team members: org-shared contacts, deals, and history, with roles and owner-based "mine" filters so a shared database still feels personal.

If your team is bigger than two people, treat the seat limit as the first question you ask any "free" CRM — it's usually the first wall you'll hit.
