Contacts
A contact database that doesn't feel like a spreadsheet
Keep every contact and company in one searchable place — with tags, owners, and the complete history of every call, email, and deal attached to the record instead of scattered across inboxes.
Free forever — no caps, no paid tier, no credit card.
Unlimited contacts and companies
Most free CRM plans cap your contact list, then charge you to keep growing. crm-153 doesn't: add every lead, customer, and company you have, and keep adding them. There is no cap to hit and no paid tier waiting behind it.
- Unlimited contacts and companies in every workspace
- Link contacts to companies, deals, tasks, and activities
- Assign owners so everyone knows whose relationship it is
Find anyone in seconds
Search by name, filter by tag or owner, and slice your list the way you actually think about it — hot leads, newsletter subscribers, customers in a region. Tags are freeform, auto-colored, and autocomplete as you type.
- Fast search across your whole database
- Freeform, auto-colored tags with autocomplete
- Filter by tag or owner to build working lists
The whole relationship on one page
Open a contact and see everything: logged calls, emails, meetings, and notes in one timeline, plus open tasks and every deal they're attached to. No more reconstructing the story from three inboxes before a call.
- Unified activity timeline on every contact
- Open tasks and follow-ups in context
- Deals and their stages, right on the record
Contact management — questions
- Is there a limit on how many contacts I can add?
- No. crm-153 has no contact caps on any workspace — unlimited contacts and companies are part of the free product, which is the only product.
- Can I import my existing contacts?
- Yes — import a CSV from a spreadsheet or another CRM with a column mapper, and crm-153 deduplicates by email so you don't end up with doubles.
- Can my whole team see and edit contacts?
- Yes. Contacts belong to your organization, so every team member works from the same database. Owners and filters keep 'my contacts' views easy.
