Today, overdue, upcoming
The tasks page sorts your day for you: what's due today, what slipped, and what's coming. Priorities keep the important calls above the routine ones.
- Today / Overdue / Upcoming buckets
- Priorities so the big calls float up
- One-click complete, right from the list
Reminders that actually fire
When a task comes due, you get notified — in-app and by email. Reminders re-arm automatically if you move the due date, so a rescheduled follow-up still gets its nudge.
- In-app and email notifications on due dates
- Reminders reset automatically when dates change
- No 'automation is a paid feature' asterisk
Tasks that know their context
Attach a task to the contact or deal it's about and it shows up in both places. A calendar view lays the same tasks out across the month, next to your deals' expected close dates.
- Tasks linked to contacts and deals
- In-context task panels on every record
- Month calendar view of due dates
Tasks & follow-up reminders — questions
- Does the free plan include reminders?
- Yes — due-date reminders by email and in-app notification are part of the product for everyone. There is no paid tier where 'real' reminders live.
- Can I link a task to a contact or a deal?
- Yes, to either or both. The task then appears on that record's page as well as the global tasks list, and the link survives even if the record is later removed.
- Is there a calendar view?
- Yes — a month calendar shows tasks by due date so you can see the shape of your week and month at a glance.
