Accrued on cash collected, not promises
A deal marked won isn't money in the bank. crm-153 accrues each commission when the invoice behind it is paid, so what you owe always matches what you've actually collected. The rate is snapshotted per earning, so changing someone's default never rewrites history.
- Earnings accrue on paid invoices, not won deals
- Every commission linked to the exact invoice it came from
- Applied rate snapshotted so history stays correct
A rate per teammate
Give each member a percentage or a flat amount, and every future payment applies it automatically. Affiliate and referral seats work the same way, so partners are paid on the business they bring in.
- Percentage or flat-rate commission per member
- Applies automatically to every future paid invoice
- Referral codes for affiliate and partner payouts
Payouts in a click
When it's time to pay, sweep a teammate's pending earnings into a payout with one action — crm-153 keeps the bookkeeping while the money moves however you already pay people. Pending and paid-out balances stay clear all month.
- One-click payout sweeps of pending earnings
- Pending vs. paid-out balances always visible
- Bookkeeping only — pay via payroll, transfer, however you like
Commissions — questions
- When does a commission get created?
- When the invoice it's tied to is marked paid. crm-153 works on a cash-collected basis, so a commission never appears for a deal that was won but not yet paid.
- Can each person have a different rate?
- Yes — set a percentage or a flat amount per member. The rate in effect is snapshotted onto each commission, so updating someone's default doesn't rewrite past earnings.
- Does crm-153 move the money?
- No. Commission tracking is bookkeeping: crm-153 records what's owed and lets you sweep it into a payout, but you pay people through whatever you already use (payroll, bank transfer, etc.).
