Invoicing & payments

Invoice your clients, and get paid online

Send a professional invoice straight from the contact it belongs to, share a secure payment link, and let your client pay by card. When they do, crm-153 marks it paid and logs it — no separate invoicing tool, no monthly cost. Online payments carry a 0.5% platform fee capped at $5, and that fee is the entire crm-153 business model.

Free forever — no caps, no paid tier, no credit card.

From contact to invoice in a click

Build an invoice with line items and totals, attach it to the contact or deal it belongs to, and send it. Every invoice carries a clear status — draft, sent, or paid — so you always know what's outstanding and what's collected.

  • Line-item invoices attached to contacts and deals
  • Draft, sent, and paid statuses at a glance
  • Running totals across your whole invoice list

A payment link your client can actually use

Connect your own Stripe account and every invoice gets a secure hosted payment page. Copy the link or email it, and your client pays by card in seconds — the money lands in your own Stripe account. crm-153 adds a 0.5% platform fee (minimum 10¢, never more than $5 per payment) on online payments; that small fee is how the whole CRM stays free.

  • Secure hosted payment page per invoice
  • Paid straight to your own connected Stripe account
  • 0.5% platform fee, capped at $5 — never more than $5 to get paid

Paid, reconciled, and logged — automatically

When a client pays, crm-153 marks the invoice paid, records how it was paid, and logs it on the contact. If you track commissions, the earning accrues the moment the cash is collected — no spreadsheet reconciliation at month end.

  • Automatic paid status the moment payment clears
  • Payment logged on the contact's timeline
  • Commissions accrue on cash collected, not promises

Invoicing & online payments — questions

Does crm-153 take a cut of my invoices?
A small, capped one — and only on online payments. When a client pays an invoice through the hosted payment page, crm-153 adds a 0.5% platform fee with a 10¢ minimum and a $5 maximum per payment (Stripe's standard card-processing fee applies separately, paid to Stripe). Invoices you mark paid offline cost nothing. This fee is the entire business model — it's why there are no seat prices, contact caps, or paid tiers anywhere else.
How do clients pay an invoice?
Each invoice has a secure hosted payment page. Share the link or email the invoice, and your client pays by card. The invoice is marked paid automatically once the payment clears.
Is invoicing really free?
Creating and sending invoices is free, with no monthly cost and no limits. The only charge anywhere in crm-153 is the 0.5% platform fee (capped at $5) when a client pays online — if you collect payment offline and mark the invoice paid, you pay nothing at all.
